3/67 (two in one night. personal best.) This is Atlach-Nacha, also known as The spider God and The Spinner in Darkness. A giant spider with a human like face. In it's home it spins a gigantic web, bridging a massive chasm between the Dreamlands and the waking world. Some believe that when the web is complete, the end of the world will come, because it will create a permanent junction with the Dreamlands allowing monsters to move freely into the waking world.

I was just tryinhg to get the mood and concept down so it's not my best work. VC.

And in "The Seven Geases",the protangonist,under a geas to offer himself to Atlach-Nacha, was told by this god that he was too busy weaving the web to peel the armor off the man, so he sent him, under a new geas, down further !

The story is full of mordant humor and irony. It also shows that not all mythos deities are death to glimpse or deal with, BUT ... (I forgot what I was going to say ...)

This is so cool. It reminds me of the "other mother" in Coraline. The fire is incredible and I love the shadows. Very well done.
